Applicants: You must first submit the Common Application before submitting a specific scholarship application.

Important requirement for the Foundation scholarship applications:

Applicants must first complete the TTSD COMMON SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION before applying to any other scholarships on this page. Simply submit your completed form through Google Forms. This form will provide us with basic information needed in order for you to proceed with applications for other scholarships. You will still need to apply to any additional scholarships on this page.

Applications without the Common Application will not be considered.

Past Scholarship Winners

The Foundation Scholarship (est. 1993)

Criteria: Must be planning to attend an Oregon accredited college, university, trade school, or technical institute. See form for more details.
Amount: $1,000 to a THS graduate, $1,000 to a TuHS graduate.

The Foundation Scholarship for Creekside Community High School (est. 2022)

Criteria: Must be planning to attend an Oregon accredited college, university, trade school or technical institute or entering an apprenticeship program. See form for more details.
Amount: $1,000 to a Creekside graduate

Johnnie Kohler Scholarship (est. 2003)

Criteria: Must be interested in attaining a degree within agriculture, veterinary science, or a science-related major.
Amount: $2,500 to any district graduate.

Leonard A Pohl Scholarship (est. 1994)

Criteria: Seniors attending an Oregon public community college or trade school. See form for more details.
Amount: Two $1,000 scholarships to TuHS graduates.

Kim Birk Scholarship (est. 1997)

Criteria: Any accredited post high school educational program. See form for more details.
Amount: $1000 to a TuHS graduate.

Bula Buck Arveson Scholarship

Criteria: An Accredited College or University where applicant intends to major in Education. See form for more details.
Amount: $1,000 to a THS or TuHS graduate.

Al Hieb Scholarship

Criteria: Must have intention to attend accredited Oregon college with major in Journalism or Education. See form for more details.
Amount: $500 to a THS or TuHS graduate.
