Bula Buck Arveson Scholarship ($1000)

Purpose

The purpose of this scholarship is to help young people with their study of education for the purpose of becoming a teacher. Click here to read more about Bula Buck Arveson and this scholarship.

Award

One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to one graduate from Tigard or Tualatin High School.

Scholarship Criteria

You must be graduating from Tigard or Tualatin High School in the current academic year.
You must have a minimum accumulated GPA of at least 3.0 after the seventh semester
You must be interested in obtaining a degree in Education for the purpose of becoming a teacher.
You must demonstrate commitment to achieving the highest attainable personal level of academic performance
Scholarship is for any accredited college or university.
Applicants need for financial assistance will be considered amongst all the other items.

Scholarship application is Due: April 27, 2025.
