You Are ALWAYS Here For Our Kids
No matter what the situation, you the community have always been there for our students. You have given your time, money and your talent to be sure they were provided for. Whether it was passing a bond measure to replace and remodel outdated buildings and equipment, investing in more part-time teachers or funding internet scholarships when COVID-19 forced schools to move to virtual learning for all (at a time when not all could provide internet for their homes) or rallying in an instant to create the largest food bank outside of Portland for our students – YOU the community have always been there. The past 20 months warms our heart to have seen that even when you are falling on hard times, you were there for the students.
You, the Tualatin, Tigard, King City, Durham, Metzger and so many other communities gave with your hearts to provide for our dear students.
This robust edition of our newsletter will share the many, many ways you, your neighbors and the area organizations and businesses have helped our students over the past two years when donating to The Foundation for Tigard Tualatin Schools.
