Future SEED Sessions

Dear Families:  As the coronavirus pandemic continues, the SEED committee has decided to temporarily suspend operations. As a small, primarily volunteer-run program, the challenges of operating in this environment exceed our resources. In fall 2022, the committee will re-evaluate the feasibility of running a summer program in 2023.

If you have questions, please email ftts.seed@gmail.com. Thank you.

Program Information

The Foundation produces SEED, a series of extracurricular enrichment classes for students in the Portland Metro area.  These classes emphasize inquiry-based learning for students enrolled in grades 3-12 interested in exploring specialized areas of science, mathematics, humanities, the arts, and more. Proceeds from the SEED program are re-invested in Tigard-Tualatin schools.

Tuition assistance is available once per student per SEED cycle (fall, winter/spring, and summer sessions = one cycle).  To apply for tuition assistance, complete the form by clicking on the link below.

For more information about the SEED program, email ftts.seed@gmail.com.
